EXPLANATION.

  • GIVEN

Radius of right circular cylinder = 12 m

Height of right circular cylinder = 23 m

TO FIND.

1) = curved surface area of cylinder

C. S. A = 2πrh

=> 2 X 3.14 X 12 X 23

=> 1733.28 cm^2

2) = Total surface area of cylinder

T. S. A = 2πr ( r + h)

=> 2 X 3.14 X 12 ( 12 + 23 )

=> 2 X 3.14 X 12 ( 35 )

=> 2737.6 cm^2

3) = Volume of a cylinder.

VOLUME = πr^2h

=> 3.14 X 12 X 12 X 23

=> 10399.68 cm^3

We know that,

1) The curved surface area = C. S. A = 2πrh

=> 2 × 3.14 × 12 × 23

=> 1733.28 cm²

We know that,

2) The total surface area = T. S. A = 2πr (r + h)

=> 2 × 3.14 × 12 (12 + 23)

=> 2 × 3.14 × 12 (35)

=> 2737.6 cm²

We know that,

3) The volume of right circular cylinder =

VOLUME = πr^2h

=> 3.14 × 12 × 12 × 23

=> 10399.68 cm³
