Find the degree measure of the angle subtended at the centre of a circle of
22
radius 100 cm by an arc of length 22 cm
use \: \pi = 22 \div 7
we have the equation
l = rϑ

here, l = 22
r = 100
ϑ = ?
from the above equation we get
ϑ = l/r
= 22/100 radian

(question is find the degree measure. so 22/100 radian is converted into degree measure )

22 \div 100radian = 22 \div 100 \times 180 \div \pi
π = 22/7
22/100radian = 22/100 × 180/(22/7)
=22/100 ×180×7/22
=1260/100
=12.6
=12°36"
(for get the answer 12°36 use a scientific calculator. do the all calculations and press shift and °'"" on showing the calculator)

hope you understand the steps.thank for watching
