Density is mass per unit volume
The SI unit of mass is kg
So 180 gram is equal to 0.18 kg
SI unit of volume is cubic metre
1 cubic centimetre is equal to 10^ -6 cubic metre
So 45 cubic centimetre is equal to 45 ×10^ -6 cubic metre.
Now density is equal to mass by volume
So density is equal to 0.18 × 10^6/ 45
That is equal to 4000
