Actually Welcome to the Concept of the Derivatives.

Here we can Use the formula of the derivates for the Square roots and we can differentiate both the terms separately.

d/dx

 \sqrt{x}  +  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{x} }

=>

 \frac{1}{2 \sqrt{x}  }   -  \frac{1}{2 \sqrt[3]{x} }

hence the above is the differentiation.
