Find the diagonal of a parallelogram if its length is 60m and its breadth is 40m.

Using diagram 
ABCD 
s = 1/2(60+40+80) = 90 m
and use 
triangle area = Sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

Diagonal will be square root of (60^2 + 40^2)
