In ∆ ACD :

  • Perpendicular = 12 cm
  • Base = 35 cm
  • Hypotenuse = x

\sf{\longrightarrow} \:  {x}^{2}  =  {12}^{2} +  {35}^{2}

\sf{\longrightarrow} \:  {x}^{2} = 144 + 1225

\sf{\longrightarrow} \:  {x}^{2}  = 1369

\sf{\longrightarrow} \: x =  \sqrt{1369}

\sf{\longrightarrow} \: x = 37

Hypotenuse is 37 cm.
