Find the diagonal of a rhombus if its area is 120 sqcm. The length of the other diagonal in 12 cm.​

Given. : Area of Rhombus = 120

Length of one diagonal = 12

To find. : Length of other diagonal

Solution : Let the length of one diagonal be p & length

of other diagonal be q

Area of Rhombus = pq

120 = 12q

120 X 2 = 12q

240 = 12q

240 = q

12

20 = q

q = 20 cm

Therefore length of other diagonal is 20 cm
