Then

$\pi {r}^{2} = 616$

$\frac{22}{7} \times {r}^{2} = 616$

${r}^{2} = 616 \times \frac{7}{22}$

${r }^{2} = 196$

$\sqrt{ {r}^{2} } = \sqrt{196}$

$r = 13$

As we know Radius is half of diameter

$2r = d$

$13 \times 2 = d$

$26 = diameter$
