Answer:

the diameter of the circle who is having

radius 10 cm is 20cm

and the diameter of circle having radius 12cm

is 24cm

also the diameter of the circle whose radius is 18 cm is 36 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

because

the diameter = 2 x radius

this is the formula of finding the diameter

Answer :

  • Diameter of the largest circle is 80cm.

Given :

  • Radiii of three circles are 10cm, 12cm and 18cm.

To Find :

  • Diameter of the circle whose circumference is equal to the sum of circumferences of those three circles.

Solution :

Here

Radii of three circles are

  1. 10cm
  2. 12cm
  3. 18cm

Let

  • Radius of first circle = r1
  • Radius of second circle = r2
  • Radius of third circle = r3
  • Radius of largest circle = R

As we know that

  • Circumference of the circle = 2πr

Now

Sum of circumference of three circles = 2πr1 + 2πr2 + 2πr3

→ 2π (r1 + r2 + r3)

→ 2π (10 + 12 + 18)

→ 2π (40)

→ 80π

Finding the radius of largest circle

Circumference of largest circle = 2πR

→ 2πR = 80π

→ 2R = 80

→ R = 80/2

→ R = 40cm

As we know that

  • Diameter = 2 × radius

So, diameter of the largest circle will be

→ 2 × 40

80cm

Hence, the diameter of the largest circle is 80cm.
