=> 2πr² = 462
=> 2 × 22/7 × r² = 462
=> r² = 462×7/44
=> r² = 10.5 × 7
=> r = √73.5
=> r = 8.57 m
Now,
d = 2r = 2 × 8.57 = 17.14 m
