 here is ur answer......................
circumference of the circle=2(pie)r         {r=radius of circle}
but acc. to the question
circumference of circle is 264cm.
so,
2*22/7*r=264cm          {pie=22/7}
r=264*7/44
r=42cm
hence,
the diameter of circle=2r
so,
here the diameter of circle=2*42=84cm.
