hey mate here's ur answer

let the radius of circle be r cm

then diameter = 2r

given, area of circle = 962.5 cm²

but area of circle = πr²

=> πr² = 962.5

=> (22/7)*r² = 962.5 [π = 22/7]

=> r² = (962.5/22)*7

=> r² = 43.75*7

=> r² = 306.25

=> r = 17.5

so, diameter = 2*17.5 = 35 cm

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of circle = 962.5cm square

But ,area of a circle = πr^2

So,

A.T.Q,

πr^2=962.5

22/7*r^2=962.5

r^2=962.5*7/22

r^2=306.25

r=√306.25

r=17.5 cm

Radius of circle = 17.5 cm

Diameter of circle = 2*radius of circle

=2*17.5

=35 cm
