To find : difference between 1 and 6^{0} .

Solution :

  • To find difference between two integers is to subtract two numbers .The resultant value is called as difference .
  • As per given data we write as ,  1 - 6^{0}  ---------------------(i)
  • Zero exponent law : this law states that any number raised to 0 is 1 . i.e. a^{0}=1
  • Therefore according to above  property of exponents we get ,
  • 6^{0} = 1
  • Therefore , we find difference between 1 and 6^{0}  by substituting the above obtained value of 6^{0} in (i)
  • Therefore , we get ,

       1 - 6^{0} \\= 1-1 \\=0

Hence , difference between 1 and 6^{0}  is 0 .
