Hey mate!!
Here is ur answer

Simple interest is
=PNR/100
=3200×5×3/100
=32×5×3
=480rs

Compound interest
A=P(1+R/100) raised to N
=3200×(1+5/100)³
=3704.40rs

CI=A-P
=3704.40-3200
=504.40rs

The difference
=504.40-480
=24.40rs
