DIMENSION OF CURRENT :

As Current is given by charge/time

I = Q/T

Since dimensions of Q are [S*A] and dimension of time T is [S] therefore we get,

I = [S*A]/[S]

“S” gets cancelled hence the corresponding dimension of Current is [A].

Hope that helps.

DIMENSION OF TEMPERATURE:

dimension of temperature is K.

DIMENSION OF VOLTAGE:

It is common to write the units of any quantity Q as [Q].

So if the formula for V is V = W / Q, then you could also write [V] = [W] / [Q] - i.e.: the units of V(oltage) are the units of W(ork) divided by the units of Q (charge).

If you use SI units, then [V] = V, [W] = J and [Q] = C.
