Solution :

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 150cm
  • Dimensions of rectangle = ?

 \underline{ \large \orange{ \mathscr{\dag\:A \bf{ccourding}  \: to   \: \mathscr {Q} \bf{uestion} ....}}}

Length of rectangle is 15 cm more than it's width.

Let width be x so, length of rectangle is x + 15.

we know that,

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

150 = 2(x + x + 15)

150/2 = 2x + 15

75 - 15 = 2x

60/2 = x

x = 30

So,

Length of rectangle is 15 + 30 = 45cm

Width of rectangular is 30 cm
