so,

length = 2x + 1

given are = 528 m²

x(2x + 1) = 528

2x² + x - 528 = 0

2x² - 32x + 33x - 528 = 0

2x(x - 32) +33(x - 32) = 0

(2x + 33) (x - 32)

x = 32

breadth = 32 m [side can't be negative]

now length = 2x + 1

= 2(32) + 1

= 64 + 1

length = 65 m

length = 65 mbreadth = 32 m
