Find the dimensions of a rectangle with a perimeter of 54m, if its
length is 3m less than twice its width.

Hey mate here is your answer

Perimeter of a rectangle= 54m

Width= x

Length= 2x-3

Perimeter of a rectangle=2(l+b)

2(2x-3+x)=54m

2(3x-3)=54m

6x-6=54m

6x=54+6=60m

x=60÷6

x=10

Width=10m

Length=17m
