Hey mate here is your answer
Perimeter of a rectangle= 54m
Width= x
Length= 2x-3
Perimeter of a rectangle=2(l+b)
2(2x-3+x)=54m
2(3x-3)=54m
6x-6=54m
6x=54+6=60m
x=60÷6
x=10
Width=10m
Length=17m
Hope it helps✌️
