3x² -6x -4 = 0

0 =b² -4ac

0 =(-6)² -4 × 3 ×(-4)

0 =36 - 48

Now, x = (-b ± √-12) ÷2 ×3

x = (-6 ± √-12) ÷ 6

Because√-12 is an imaginary number,

Therefore, It has no real roots nature of the roots - unreal.
