D=b^2-4ac

So, General form of an quadratic equation is ax^2+bx+c =0

comparing it with the given equation

we get,

a= 3

b= -2

c= 1/3

D = (-2)^2-4(3)(1/3)

D= 4-4

D=0

We know that if the discrimination is zero means the quadratic equation has two equal roots
