Formula of finding distance between 2 points :

 \sqrt{ {( x_{2} -  x_{1} )}^{2}  +   {( y_{2} -  y_{1})}^{2}  }

Here,

 x_{1} = 2 \: and \:  y_{1} = 3 \\  \\  x_{2} = 4 \: and \:  y_{2} = 1

On putting the values in formula of finding distance:

 \sqrt{ {(4 -2) }^{2}  +  {(1 - 3)}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{ {2}^{2}  +  {( - 2)}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{4 + 4}  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{8}  = 2 \sqrt{2}

I hope it will be helpful for you ✌️✌️
