Answer:

by using distance formula

d =( (4-1)^2 + (3-2)^2 )^1/2

d = ( 9 + 1 ) ^1/2

d = 10^1/2

the distance between (1,2)and (4,3) is root of 10 .

x_1=1,x_2=4,y_1=2,y_2=3\\\\Distance=\sqrt{{(x_2-x_1)}^{2}+{(y_2-y_1)}^{2}}\\\\=\sqrt{{(4-1)}^{2}+{(3-2)}^{2}}\\\\=\sqrt{{3}^{2}+{1}^{2}}\\\\=\sqrt{9+1}\\\\=\sqrt{10}\\\\exact\:form=\sqrt{10}\\decimal\:form=3.1622766...\\\\\\\\\\\underline{\boxed{\sf{distance\:between\:point(1,2)\:and\:point(4,3) is \sqrt{10} }}}
