find the distance between -3, 0 and the line 2 x minus 3 Y + 8 is equal to zero​

2x-3y+8=0

2x-3y=-8

*let x be 2 and y be 4

2(2)-3(4)

4-12=-8

-8=-8

LHS=RHS

= (2,4)

and then find the distance between (-3,0) and (2,4)
