→ ½(a + b)h

We are given with,

So,

→ 1380 = ½(52 + 63)h

→ 1380 = ½(115)h

→ 1380 = 57.5h

→ 1380/57.5 = h

→ 24 = h

The distance between the parallel sides is 24m.
