Let R(a+b, a-b)=R(x1, y1)

x1=a+b

y1=a-b

Similarly,

considering S(a-b ,a-b) as x2=a-b y2 = a-b

BY DISTANCE FORMULA

 = \sqrt{(x _{2} - x_{1} ) ^{2} + {( y_{2} - y_{1} )}^{2} }

 = \sqrt{(a - b - a - b) ^{2} + ( a - b - a + b) {}^{2} } \\ \\ \\ \\ = \sqrt{( - 2b) {}^{2} + 0} \\ \\ \\ = 2b
The distance is 2b units

rahulraj2648: answer ye nahi diya hai ..answer ye hai 2√a'+b'
