 Let \: A(x_{1} , y_{1}) = (3,2) \: and

 B(x_{2} , y_{2}) = (-1,-4)

/* By Distance Formula */

 \boxed{ \pink{ Distance = \sqrt{ (x_{2} - x_{1})^{2} + (y_{2} - y_{1})^{2} }}}

 \red{Distance } = \sqrt{( -1-3)^{2} + ( -4-2)^{2} }

 = \sqrt{ (-4)^{2} + (-6)^{2} }

 = \sqrt{ 16 + 36 }

 = \sqrt{ 52 }

 = \sqrt{ 4 \times 13 }

 = 2\sqrt{  13 }

Therefore.,

 \red{ Distance } \green { = 2\sqrt{  13 }}
