Find the distance between the points (-3,-2) and (-6,7), the axes being inclined at 60 degree.

(7-(-2))=7+2=9   ( y-axis)

-3-(-6)=6-3=3     (x-axis)

distance^2= 3^2 + 9^2
distance^2 =9 +81
distance= square root of 90
=9.48
Answer: Square root of 90 or 9.489^2 + 3^2 = 81 +9 =90
