Question :

Find the distance between the points (CosA, SinA) and (-SinA, CosA)

 \:  \bullet  \underline{\bf{by \:using \: distance \: formula}}

 \:  \\   \implies\bf{ \sqrt{( {x2 - x1})^{2} +  {(y2 - y1)}^{2}  } }

 \:  \\  \implies \bf{ \sqrt{ {( - sinx - cosx)}^{2} +  {(cosx - sinx)}^{2}  }}

 \:  \\  \implies \displaystyle \bf{ \sqrt{ {sinx}^{2}  +  {cosx}^{2}  -2sinxcosx +  {cosx}^{2} +  {sinx}^{2}    + 2sinxcosx} }

 \:  \:  \implies \displaystyle \bf{ \sqrt{1 + 1}  =  \sqrt{2} }
