Use the pythagorean theorem:

a² + b² = c²

A will be rise and B will be run.

Distance between 9 and 2 is 7.

Distance between 3 and 0 is 3.

Plug those into the equation :-

7² + 3² = c²

Square.

49 + 9 = c²

Add.

58 = c²

Square root both sides.

√58 = c

This is the distance in radical form.
