Find the distance between the two
parallel sides of a trapezium if the

and the two parallel sides are equal

  • Area of the trapezium = 250 m²

Now, Required distance between the parallel sides of trapezium

 =  >  \frac{(Area  \:  \: of \:  \:  the \:  \:  trapezium) \times 2}{Sum \:   \: of  \: \:  parallel  \:  \: sides}  \\   \\  \bf \: =  >  \frac{250 \times 2}{15 + 10}  =  \frac{500}{25}  =  \red{20} \: m
