Find the distance between the two points. Round to the nearest tenth if necessary.

(2, 5) and (–1, –5)

x1=2

x2=-1

y1=5

y2=-5

Using distance formula

Distance=√(x2-x1) + (y2-y1)

=√(-1-2) + (-5 -5)

=√(-3)+(-10)

=√-13

Distance is √-13
