First we have to find side of square field .
So area of square = s^2
  =2 \times \frac{193}{324}   = s ^{2}
 =  \frac{841}{324}   = s {}^{2}
  = \sqrt{ \frac{841}{324} }  = s
 = s =  \frac{29}{18}
so , perimeter = 29/18 × 4
= 58/9
As he takes two rounds
so 58/9 ×2 = 116/9 m
= 12.88888....
= 12.89 m

Answer = 12.89 m

Here's How

First we have to find side of square field .

So area of square = s^2

=2 \times \frac{193}{324} = s ^{2}

= \frac{841}{324} = s {}^{2}

= \sqrt{ \frac{841}{324} } = s

= s = \frac{29}{18}

so , perimeter = 29/18 × 4

= 58/9

As he takes two rounds

so 58/9 ×2 = 116/9 m

= 12.88888....

= 12.89 m
