Answer:

Explanation:

d=circumference here

circumference of a circle is 2*pi*radius

Given that radius=7m

circumference=2*22/7*7

=44m

Hence,distance will be 44m

Answer:

22 m : 14 m

Explanation:

The path followed here is a semi-circle. It means if that object traveled from A to B, it covered a semi-circle of radius 7 m.

 Hence,

   Distance = circumference of semi-circle

    ⇒ π*radius

    ⇒ ( 22 / 7 ) * ( 7 m )

    ⇒ 22 m

As displacement defines the shortest distance it will go throw the center from A to B. It means it followed the diameter of the circle. So displacement is 7 m + 7 m = 14 m = diameter of circle.
