{\tt{\huge{As,}}}{\tt{we\:know\:the}}{\tt{points  \: of \: origin}}\tt{are  \: (0,0)}

______________

So,

Take these points as A(0,0)

And B(-2,3)

_______________

Now use distance formula :

\large{\underline{\boxed{\sf{|AB| \: = \: \sqrt{({x_{2} \: - \: x_{1}})^2 \: + \: (y_{2} \: - \: y_{1})^2}}}}}

Take,

x2 = -2

x1 = 0

y2 = 3

y1 = 0

Substitute these values in Distance Formula

 \rightarrow {\sf{|AB| \: = \: \sqrt{[(-2) \: - \: (0)]^2 \: + \: [(3) \: - \: (0)]^2}}}

\rightarrow {\sf{|AB| \: = \: \sqrt{(-2)^2 \: + \: (3)^2}}}

 \rightarrow {\sf{|AB| \: = \: \sqrt{4 \: + \: 9}}}

\large \rightarrow {\sf{|AB| \: = \: \sqrt{13}}}

\Large {\boxed{\sf{|AB| \: = \: \sqrt{13}}}}

∴ Distance is √13 units

Addition Information

Distance Formula = √(x2 - x1) \: + \: (y2 - y1)

Section Formula = [(mx2-nx1)/(m-n)] , [(my2-ny1)/(m-n)]

Mid Point Formula = (x1+x2)/2 , (y1+y2)/2
