Hiii friend,
We can't find the distance of point P(X,Y) from the origin O(0,0) . Because U should have gave the some values of coordinates of point P. Then we can find the distance between the point P from the origin.
Let Take an example.
P(3,4) is given then we have to find the distance between point P to the origin.
Apply distance formula,
Distance between Point P and O is written as under root (X²) + (Y)².
= under root (3)² + (4)²
= under root 9+16 = ✓25 = 5cm.
Hence,
the distance between Point P(3,4) to the origin O(0,0) is 5 cm
