Answer : 2 units ✔️

Solution :

To find :

The distance between point (-3,2) and x-axis

As we know that :

On x-axis the value of y will be zero

So, we can assume the points on x-axis (-3,0)

Now, the distance between (-3,2) and (-3,0)

From the formula of Distance :

D = √[-3-(-3)]² + (0-2)²

=> D = 2

So, the distance of the point (-3,2) from x-axis will be 2 units ✔️

I hope it will be helpful for you ☺️
