Answer: 4 units

Step-by-step explanation:

For a point to lie on the y axis its x coordinate has to be 0

therefore, P(0,-7) Q(-4,-7)

By distance formula,

PQ= √(-4-0)²+(-7+7)²

PQ=√(-4)²+(0)²

PQ=√16+0

PQ=√16

PQ=±4

But since distance cannot be -ve, -4 is rejected

∴PQ=4 units

anshikabhanot03: iska answer bilkul sahi hai
roy2137: he nahi hae
anshikabhanot03: then explain aapka answer kaise aara hai?
roy2137: alfezkhao kithar
anshikabhanot03: practically bhi agar graph par dekhein toh its point ka distance y axis se 4 units hi hai
roy2137: sorry ap ko nahi
anshikabhanot03: ???
