•Initial velocity(u)=10m/s
•Acceleration(a)=5m/s²
To find:-
•Distance travelled by the body in the 5th second
Solution:-
We know that distance travelled by a body in the nth second is ---
=>Sn=u+a/2(2n-1)
=>Sn=10+5/2(2×5-1)
=>Sn=10+22.5
=>Sn=32.5m
Thus,distance travelled by the body in the 5th second is 32.5m
