Domain of the function is

Square root cannot have negative numbers inside it also denominator shouldn't be zero, means x+4 should be positive

x+4 > 0

x > -4

Domain of x : (-4,∞)

As you'll get all positive numbers from square root the range will be all positive numbers

Range of f(x) : (0,∞)
