16+x² ≥ 0

∴ x² ≥ −16

This statement is true ∀ x ∈ ℝ

Therefore, for f(x) = √(16+x²) ; x ∈ ℝ

root ( 16 +x²) = 0

x² = _16

which is imaginary and doesn't belong to R

Domain = any real no.

D € R

F(x) = root(16+x²) ; x € R .
