Answer:

given : f(x) = x/(x² - 3x + 2)

to find the domain of the given function

as the denominator should not be zero,

x² - 3x + 2 > 0

let x² - 2x - x + 2 = 0

x ( x - 2 ) - 1 ( x - 2 ) = 0

(x - 1) ( x - 2) = 0

x = 1 and x = 2

function become zero at x = 1 and x = 2

hence, D = ( - ∞ , 1 ) ∪ (2, + ∞ )
