mgH - mgh
10*9.8*6 - 10*9.8*0
58.8 - 0
Energy = 58.8j

the energy stored is potential energy

Formula for potential energy

=mgh

=10 × 9.8 × 6

=98×6

=588

So energy is 588kg.sq.m per sec
