centre of the circle with equation x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0 is (-g,-f) so g=-5 and f=4 .radius=√g2+f2-c .49= 25+16-c so c is -8 hence equation of the circle is x2+y2-10x+8y-8 =0 .
