Answer:

Hello mate ,

As , standard eqn of a circle with centre (h,k) ,radius" r" & passing through the point (x',y') is

(x-x')^2+(y-y')^2 = r^2

where r^2 = (x'-h)^2+(y'-k)^2

therefore,

(x-4)^2 + (y-5)^2 =(4-2)^2+(5-2)^2

=>(x-4)^2 +(y-5)^2 =4+9

=> (x-4)^2+(y-5)^2=13

Hence , x^2+y^2-8x-10y-28=0 is req.

eqn of the given circle .

Thank you! !
