And (2,-4) be point B

so by using formulae

y-y1= y2-y1/x2-x1×(x-x1)

x1=-1. x2=2.

y1=1. y2=-4

So by putting the values-

y-1=-4-1/2+1×(x+1)

y-1=-5/3×(x+1)

3y-3=-5x-5

5x+3y+2=0

So the equation is

5x+3y+2=0
