Step-by-step explanation:

(1) line parallel to x axis=> y=k

it passes through (-1,3)

=> eqn=> y=3 or y-3=0

(2). a line parallel to y- axis=> x=k

it passes through (-1,3)

eqn=> x= -1 or x+1=0

(3) let slop of the line be m

=> eqn => y-y1= m(x-x1)

=> it passes through (-1,3)

=> eqn= y-3 = m( x +1)

=> y-3 = mx+ m

=> mx-y+ (m+3) =0
