As you know the intercept form of the the line is given by =

x / a + y / b = 1

Since the line passes through intersection point of the lines

4x + 7y = 3 and 2x - 3y = -1

on solving this we get

x= 1 / 13 and y = 5/ 13

since the line passing is havin equal intercept than

a = b

x + y = a

a = 1 / 13 + 5 / 13 = 6 / 13

then equation is

13x / 6 + 13y / 6 = 1

or

13x + 13y - 6 = 0
