Step-by-step explanation:

line ⇒x−2y+3=0

⇒y= 1/2(x)+3/2

slope = (1/2)

Then the slope of line ie. perpendicular line

should have slope (-2) also the line pass through (1,-2)

∴ eqution y+2= -2(x-1)

⇒ 2x+y=0
