tantheta = 1

slope of line which is inclined 45 with other = 3+-1 / 1-+3

apply point slope form now

y-3 = -2(x-4)

y-3 = -2x+8

2x+y-11 = 0

y-3 = 1/2(x-4)

2y-6 = x-4

x-2y+2 = 0
