Given line is 3x-7y-12.

3x=7y+12

x=7/3y+12/3

x=7/3y+4

Hence, Slope of this line(m) is 7/3.

As we know, slope of parallel line are same.

therefore,

Equation of a straight line passing through (4, 6),

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-6=7/3(x-4)

3(y-6)=7(x-4)

3y-18=7x-28

7x-3y-28+18=0

7x-3y-10=0
